When will my e'mail be answered?
I check my in box twice daily early am and early pm. I will promptly answer and inquiries twice daily! :)

How soon will my item be shipped?
If I receive your order late on weekday Monday through Thursday your item will be shipped the following day. Orders received on Friday through the weekend will be shipped the following Monday AM. (This does not apply to products in the Camilla Designs category as these items are custom made when orders are received.)
